I knew this one was going to be good from the get go when you mentioned not allowing the mind to subconsciously act on our behalf.
I’ve never thought about hardwiring or life hacking/routing my space and that’s definitely something I’m taking with me.
I’m generally an early morning practice guy myself and I like to greet the sunrise with my moving meditation. I feel like prepping my incense, meditation pillow, and oracle cards neatly in my space the night before would be a great way to step into my space without using any extra mental energy on preparation each day.
The asana was very rewarding and you do an amazing job of not letting it be all about the posture. I look forward to day 3!!!
